Our factory is equipped with fully automated extrusion production lines for 3D printing filaments, covering raw material mixing, high-temperature plasticizing, precision wire drawing, constant-temperature cooling, automatic winding, and vacuum sealing. All production processes are carried out by skilled workers following standardized operating manuals, with real-time parameter monitoring throughout the entire manufacturing process to stabilize filament diameter, shrinkage rate, and printing smoothness. We operate 24‑hour shifts to support bulk orders, and each production stage has dedicated staff who record data and remove potential inconsistencies at the source, ensuring consistent batch-to-batch performance for PLA, PETG, ABS, PC, and carbon fiber filaments.

OEM/ODM

We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM customization services for global clients. We can adjust raw material formulations, filament hardness, shrinkage rate, and mechanical performance based on your printing equipment and end‑use requirements. Customization of color, diameter, spool weight, and outer packaging labels is also available. Our technical team works closely with clients to complete trial sample production quickly. Unlike generic OEM services, we do not offer solutions without independent formula adjustments; instead, we provide tailored material solutions for various industries, including industrial prototyping, architectural modeling, and creative handicrafts.

We have an independent on‑site R&D laboratory staffed by polymer material engineers, focusing on optimizing 3D printing filament formulations and extrusion processes. Our lab is equipped with a melt flow index tester, dimensional measurement instruments, and printing simulation equipment to test tensile strength, color stability, and layer adhesion of new materials before mass production. We continuously develop eco‑friendly biodegradable filaments, high‑temperature‑resistant modified materials, and carbon‑fiber‑reinforced composites. Through ongoing formula iteration, we address common printing defects such as warping and filament breakage. All of our core formulations are developed in‑house, without relying on external sources.
