Project Requirements:

A manufacturer of anime/manga merchandise needs to develop desktop figurines. The models feature fine hair strands, intricate chains, and multi-colored splicing structures. Mass production requires high detail, low scrap rates, and easy post-processing with paint.

Selected Products:

High-precision PLA printing filament. Wire diameter tolerance ±0.02mm, available in matte black, porcelain white, bright yellow, skin tone, and metallic silver. Printing temperature 190–210℃. Low shrinkage, low stringing, and superior toughness compared to ordinary PLA.

Printing Advantages:

0.12mm thin-layer printing prevents hair strands and micro-structures from collapsing and creates noticeable layer lines; uniform shrinkage rate of multi-color raw materials results in minimal seams during one-piece molding; low-temperature printing reduces edge warping, minimizes clogging and material breaks during long-term continuous production, and reduces scrap rate by 70%; good finished product toughness, strong adhesion for sanding and model paint application, and high image fidelity after painting.

Implementation Results:

Leveraging this PLA cable, clients quickly completed new product prototyping and iteration, with a single machine producing an average of 12 finished sets per day. The decorative items became best-selling cultural and creative merchandise items after being launched online. This cable is suitable for custom production of various IP-themed toys and cultural and creative decorative items, and supports custom color mixing.
