Precision Low Warp 1.75mm PLA Filament Smooth Consistent Prints Beginner Friendly For Desktop Printing


Advantage:

1.PLA has extremely low shrinkage, almost never warping off the heated bed (unless the substrate is very dirty), and can also be printed on a cold bed (without heating). It requires no sealed chamber; ventilation is sufficient.

2.It has no pungent odor and is non-toxic: it emits a faint, sweet scent (similar to corn syrup) during printing, primarily composed of lactic acid, making it very pleasant to the sense of smell and ideal for home, office, or classroom environments (although ventilation is still recommended for microplastics).

3.It has a delicate surface texture and stunning colors: the material has good fluidity, resulting in smooth layer blending, making it extremely easy to print glossy, matte, and silky gradient effects. Almost all consumables on the market with the richest color range and the most special effects (glow-in-the-dark, thermochromic, wood-like) are based on PLA.

4.It has high rigidity and hardness: its tensile modulus is higher than ABS, making it less prone to deformation and wobbling when making structural components, suitable for printing thin-walled shells that require maintaining shape accuracy.

1. Full cooling fan required during printing 
2. Finished parts cannot withstand high temperature above 60℃
3. Seal tightly after opening to avoid moisture absorption
