Q:Can I get a sample before bulk order?
A: Yes. Sample orders from 1 spool are accepted. Mixed-material sample packs are available for evaluating PLA / PETG / ABS / TPU side by side.

Q:What is your MOQ for custom colors or private label?
A: Custom color and private-label packaging typically start at 100–300 spools per SKU, depending on the specific colorant and packaging process. Neutral packing has no color MOQ beyond the spool quantity.

Q:What certifications can you provide?
A: RoHS and REACH are standard. CE and SGS reports can be arranged for specific markets. Batch-level diameter and tensile reports are issued with shipment on request.

Q:How do you pack for sea freight?
A: Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant, boxed individually, then packed 10 boxes per export carton. Cartons are sized for palletization and container loading. Private-label carton artwork can be printed before shipment.
