110°C Heat Resistant PETG 3D Printer Filament with Acid and Alkali Resistance and ±0.02mm Diameter Tolerance

This heat-stabilised PETG grade is engineered for distributors, print farms, and industrial end users in Argentina who require parts that retain their shape in hot workshops, vehicle interiors, and outdoor enclosures. The filament is produced on our own extrusion line in Shandong, China, and every spool is laser-gauged for diameter before packing.

• 110°C heat resistance after annealing – Annealed test bars maintain dimensional stability at 110°C, making them suitable for dashboard fixtures, lamp housings, and machine guards exposed to direct sun and summer workshop temperatures.
• Acid and alkali resistance – 24-hour immersion testing per GB/T 11547 shows no swelling, softening, or colour shift, so printed parts hold up in cleaning-chemical and agricultural chemical environments.
• ±0.02mm diameter control – Inline laser measurement every metre with closed-loop puller control; out-of-tolerance spools are rejected before packing, reducing nozzle clogs and failed prints on high-volume farms.
• Impact toughness – Notched impact strength and elongation above 50% deliver the drop resistance that pure PLA lacks for functional brackets, jigs, and protective covers.
• Low warp, low odour – 70–85°C bed adhesion with minimal shrinkage; no styrene smell, so it prints comfortably on open-frame printers.

1. Incoming resin check – Each resin batch is dried and viscosity-checked before extrusion; the batch number is recorded on the spool label.
2. Inline laser diameter measurement – Closed-loop control keeps the filament inside ±0.02mm; the measured log can be sent with the shipping documents.
3. Print test sample – A 20-metre benchy and tolerance test bar are printed from each production batch; photos and the retained sample are available on request.
4. Third-party reports – CE, RoHS, REACH, and MSDS documents are issued per batch and can be sent before you place the order.
5. Pre-shipment inspection – You or your agent are welcome to inspect before loading, and we support third-party inspection on request.

Each 1kg spool is vacuum-sealed with a desiccant sachet, boxed, then packed 12 spools per 5-layer export carton. For bulk buyers we offer 5kg spools to cut packing volume and freight cost per kilo. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and moisture-proofed for the long sea route to Buenos Aires; typical transit is 35–45 days port to port, and we can ship FOB Qingdao or CIF Buenos Aires.
