Strong Adhesion Matte Low Warping PETG 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm for Smooth Accurate Prints
This matte PETG filament delivers strong bed adhesion, low warping and a smooth, low-glare surface for accurate, tough printed parts. The 1.75mm diameter is held to ±0.02mm, keeping extrusion stable from the first layer to the last. It is supplied in 1kg and 3kg spools with custom colors for OEM and private-label programs.

Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant and packed in a printed color box, with 12 spools per export carton. Private label, custom box design, custom spool logo and mixed-color cartons are available for distributors and brand owners.
Store spools at 15–30°C with humidity below 20% RH, away from sunlight and heat. Unopened shelf life is 24 months. If moisture is suspected, dry at 65°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
Q: Does it need a heated bed?
A: Yes, 70–80°C is recommended to reach full adhesion. A PEI sheet or glue stick on glass gives the best first layer.
Q: Can I order custom colors and private label?
A: Yes. Send a Pantone code or physical sample, and we will confirm the minimum batch, sample approval and lead time. Standard MOQ is 100kg, with a lead time of 10–15 days and payment by T/T or L/C.
