PursueBam Macaron PLA is an aesthetic-grade 3D printing material based on biodegradable polylactic acid resin. It features low-saturation soft pastel colors with a delicate matte finish, which softens layer lines and delivers a gentle, premium visual effect without post-processing. It retains all classic PLA advantages of easy printing, low warpage and stable extrusion, ideal for home decor, figurines, creative gifts and artistic display pieces.

• Soft Macaron Pastel with Matte Finish

  Colour is dosed from a pre-dispersed low-saturation masterbatch and combined with a fine matte additive, so the surface scatters light instead of reflecting it. Layer lines read as a soft, powder-like texture, parts photograph without glossy hotspots, and no sanding, filler primer or clear coat is needed after printing.

• High Precision and Stable Feeding

  1.75 mm diameter held to ±0.02 mm, with ovality controlled for a round, consistent cross-section. The spool is wound at constant tension without strand crossover, giving stable extrusion, fewer nozzle clogs and even wall thickness on long prints.

• Low Warpage and Reliable Layer Adhesion

  Pure PLA with controlled in-line cooling keeps large flat panels flat and tall thin parts square. First-layer adhesion is reliable on a 50–60°C bed without glue stick or brim on most printers, reducing failed prints and rework.

• Wide Printer Compatibility

  Prints on almost all mainstream FDM 3D printers with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle at 200–225°C, 50–60°C bed and 40–80 mm/s. Both Bowden and direct-drive setups work without recalibration, and no heated enclosure is required.

• Batch-Stable Pastel Shades, Plant-Based and Low Odor

  Each shade is dosed from a single masterbatch lot and colour-matched against a reference card, keeping colour deviation (ΔE) small from spool to spool and order to order. Plant-based polylactic acid with low smoke and low odor suits studios, classrooms and home workshops; custom shades can be matched to your Pantone or RAL reference.

Q1: What is the difference between macaron PLA and regular PLA?

A: Macaron PLA uses low-saturation pastel color formulas with a matte soft finish, delivering a gentle, premium texture and better layer line hiding effect. Regular PLA has a glossy surface. Their printing performance and mechanical properties are basically the same.

Q2: What macaron colors are available? Can I customize colors?

A: We have classic shades like milk pink, mint green, cream yellow, lavender and sky blue in stock. For bulk orders, we support custom macaron colors, formulas and OEM/ODM services.

Q3: Are the printing parameters the same as standard PLA?

A: Yes. It shares the same printing settings as standard PLA, with nozzle temperature 200–225°C and hotbed temperature 50–60°C. Turning on the cooling fan helps maintain the best matte texture.

Q5: Will there be color difference between batches?
